Around the world running is experiencing an explosion in popularity.
The amount of people pounding the pavement has reached new levels post-Covid, sparking a whole new generation of runners to take on one of the great physical challenges – the marathon.
That growth has sparked an expansion in Anna Liptak’s Adventure Time Travel business to help look after those brave enough to take on the world’s great marathons.
Anna founded Adventure Time Travel in 2009. She remains passionate and dedicated to taking people to the biggest marathons in the world and giving them the best experience possible. “This goes beyond running,” Anna explains.
“It’s about inspiring people to set big goals, and celebrating with them as they challenge themselves to achieve them.
“What we find on every trip is that people always have more strength in their mind and body than they imagine.
“I love seeing the transformation people experience when they surprise themselves and unlock their amazing potential.”
Anna, who has run over 40 marathons, has guided thousands of people to their chosen finishing lines, from exotic locations like Vanuatu, Lake Taupo, China, Bali, and New York, to iconic races such as Boston, Paris, London, Chicago and Berlin.
Anna’s promise to those who sign up is that her team will give them the best experience, both before, and as they travel for their big event.

Anna’s growth has seen her invest in setting up a permanent presence in the eastern states for the first time, with Tina Stafford coming on board.
Tina lives on the NSW Central Coast and loves travel and running. She’s completed the New York, London and Great Wall marathons, among others, and has travelled to Nepal, Africa, Mexico, Alaska, Eastern Europe and Turkey.
“Tina brings so much passion and experience to the team and with a growing number of our runners coming from New South Wales, Queensland and Victoria, she’s playing a vital role in making sure they have the best experience when they travel and run with ATT,” Anna Liptak said.

Kimberly Davis helps make that happen. Kimberley is a travel specialist with 25 years experience. It’s her job to make all travel arrangements run as smoothly as possible and to make every trip a memorable adventure.
Before joining Adventure Time Travel, Kimberly crafted incredible international itineraries and hosted groups at awe-inspiring destinations all over the world. “Kimberly is all about designing unique and memorable experiences,” Anna says. “Her love of people, culture, and travel is evident in everything she does.”

Another vital team member is Paige Fraser who is ATT’s Event coordinator.
Paige joined the Adventure Time Travel team in June. She is dedicated to planning and executing unforgettable events that enhance the marathon experience.
Paige’s attention to detail and commitment to excellence help make every trip a success.
“Paige really believes that every adventure is an opportunity to create lasting connections and memories,” Anna says.
“She is always ready to go the extra mile to ensure that every event is unforgettable.”

Anna Liptak says it’s a team effort that makes ATT’s global marathon events around so special.
“We’ve been doing this for awhile now so we’ve got a great feel for how to tailor every event specifically to give every group the best experience,” Anna says.
“We like to go the extra mile and as a runner myself I know that looks like.”
Anna is always surprised when people tell her, after they’ve committed, that they had no idea how easy it is to sign up for an international marathon.
“It isn’t as hard as a lot of people think,” Anna says.
“You don’t necessarily need a qualifying time, you don’t necessarily need to partner with a charity, all you need is a passport and some passion.” The next group of runners will head to Berlin In September, Chicago in October and New York in November.
